The shelf price says very little. A 300-lei serum used once a day in small doses can cost less per application than an 80-lei cream you get through in three weeks.
The doses listed are the usual ones for each product type. If you visibly use more or less, the result scales with it. Opened products also have a period-after-opening limit, which can arrive before the tube runs out.

How much sunscreen is one facial dose?
About 1.2 ml, the two-finger rule — two lines of product along the index and middle fingers. Below that, the real SPF drops.
Are large sizes with a lower price per ml worth it?
Only if you finish them before they expire. A 200 ml bottle bought on price per ml and used once a week expires half full.
Why ml and g in the same field?
Water-based cosmetics have a density close to 1, so a gram and a millilitre are effectively the same for this calculation.
